NEXT JAM: MARCH 10th – 7:00 PM

Jazz and comic books are two uniquely American art-forms (along with the short story and the feature film). The SLG Art Boutiki is joining Jazz and Comics into what we lovingly call The Jazz Warehouse.

The next  Jazz Warehouse will be on March 10th  at the SLG Art Boutiki and Gallery. Doors open at 7:00 PM.

All ages are welcome, as well as all types of instruments and vocalists. Admission is free, although donations will be accepted and most appreciated to help offset the cost of the house band and sound man.

Hosted by the Art Boutiki Jazz Quartet, our house band consists of:
Dillon Vado – Drums
Fred Paclibon – Bass
Sweeney Schragg – Guitar
Madison Bohrer – Tenor Saxophone

So, come participate or just come listen and help us build our monthly jam into one of the cooler events in downtown San Jose.

If you don’t play an instrument you can still participate by bringing your sketch pad and drawing supplies and drawing the music. Do a piece during the jam and submit it later for possible display during our March First Friday event (hey, this is being held in an art gallery after all). Better yet, submit a jazz or music related piece to us for consideration for use on our monthly flier
